Our story began in 1952 in Inglewood, California, with a single shop and a giant rooftop donut that became an iconic symbol of sweetness and joy. About Our CEO
Randy’s Donuts CEO Mark Kelegian

Randy’s Donuts CEO and owner Mark Kelegian brings a rich and varied background to the helm of our brand. Mark earned degrees in Literature and Law from the University of San Diego, and he began his career as a practicing attorney and founded and grew a prominent law firm. His work included representing clients in complex cases and authoring legal publications, which established him as a leader in his field.
After stepping away from the law, Mark shifted to the casino industry and began managing operations and ownership interests in multiple Southern California properties. These ventures honed his skills in business development, operational efficiency, and team leadership — qualities he now applies to our brand’s growth.
Throughout this period, Mark kept his eye out for an opportunity to lead a family-focused business that he could share with his three daughters. Randy’s Donuts was the ideal choice, and in 2015, he joined the brand. Together, the family has brought fresh energy and strategic focus to our donut shop franchise, with Mark overseeing franchise development and site selection while his daughters drive marketing and daily operations.
Under Mark’s leadership, we’ve embraced our history while positioning Randy’s Donuts for continued growth. His vision ensures that every decision we make reflects our commitment to quality, consistency, and community as we expand our iconic brand across the globe.
